Our Krewe has a “new” signature throw, the Dragon Egg, which we adopted in 2025. Our Dragon Eggs are open-able plastic eggs, decorated with paint, glitter, gemstones, accent pieces, or a combination of all of the above to make a beautiful work of art. Our members hand decorate our eggs, sometimes on their own, but often at decorating parties, where we inspire each other trade tips, and enjoy each others’ fellowship.
The eggs are approx 4-5″ in diameter and around 10″ tall. As mentioned, our dragon eggs open, similar to a plastic Easter Egg that you likely hunted for in the yard on Easter.
Inside, our riders may put our shoulder dragons, beads, treats, doubloons, and other special items. If you catch one, be sure to check inside it!
