Busy as a mongoloid in a tree with jock itch.. Today I woke up relatively early (11 am, at least it's early for a "you can sleep in P.Scoop day") and cleaned my room. Yes you read this correctly.. I cleaned my room. You couldn't see floor or desk or anything else for that matter. While cleaning the room,I found this fuzzy stuff at the bottom. Not mold, either.. It's called carpet. Wow what a great invention. After cleaning, I went with Swan to bring Drunken Mike his computer stuff that he left after the network parties. We then went to Slave a Center to turn in my mass coinage found in pants pockets, bottom of the drawers, in my car, in my miscellaneous mugs, in the old jewelry case, on the floor, on the desk... Any ways, It totaled to like $16.. We almost went to the hot dog stand that they have (2 hot dogs and a coke for a buck).. really would have scared the hell out of them if we ordered all 16 bucks worth:) We then went and visited my mom's grave (which is now lettered) and then I came to work. At work, I did my bills and filled out my financial aid stuff (for school). Now that I did all of that stuff, I don't have a clue what I'm going to do to keep myself occupied thru the week :P Independence Day fun Today, I am having a few people over and we are BBQin'/ cooking some wild and crazy stuff (ribs, Sausage, chicken, hot dogs, potato salad, cowboy beans, french bread) Good stuff is all I gots to say :) Happy 4th to everyone out there that actually reads my page. My Mud character at this point As some of you know, I got into my old scholl thing again: MajorMUD. MY character is a dark elf Warrior: lvl 13 and he is in a gang called the oddities. He has been hooked up several times quite fatly with great equipment from my fellow gang members. woohaa MY new page stuff As any shmuck should have realized, my page has a new entrance to it : the evil world of Flash :) I put a relatively simple flash at the opening of my page just to give it a little "UUUMMMPPPHHH!" Hope ya like it. The new "grafitti" buttons will be up in the next few days as will the new pages. Hey.. maybe I can do that this week. Work on my web page. My Birthday overall My Birthday went pretty good. I started by eating with my sister and dad then a few friends came over. We proceeded to Shooters pool hall where we played several rounds of pool and I came out second worst.. (next to P) Go me.... Then we went to Parkway Tavern where we met up with the Delgado Gang (Juan, Jaryd, Duane, and JoAnne. We proceeded to drink lots there. While I was there I saw two people from high school that pretty much thought they were too good to be seen talking to me so they can have some peanuts and corn from my shiznit, if they think they are better than me..:) After we got good and liquored up, we ended the night at Denny's. All in all, a good night. How's the weather? The weather has been non-stopp rain for the past like 2 weeks. It has made it especially hard to do out side chores (trimming the hedges, cutting the grass, etc.) It also has knocked my clock off like 3 times this week. Resetting my clock at 2 am when I am trying to go to sleep sux.. My Car As everyone knows, my car was "wrecked" from when I hit a pole like 3 months ago. I finally went and got that damned thing fixed. I have got to give mad LOUD props to Mike at Autobon. He fixed my car in 2 days time and only charged me 700 bucks (as opposed to the $1200 that Buick's auto shop wanted to charge me.) If you ever need to get something fixed on your car (oil change, tires, front end alignment, body work..) go to Autobon. They are the "MACKDADDY CHEESY POOF" auto shop. I have the Need.. I once again reinstalled Need For Speed: Porsche Unleashed on my computer and networked with Drunken Mike, GHOTI, and several others over the week. We p-layed some mad Need for Speed, as well as transferred lots o' MP#z and games and stuff thru my network at the house. I also cut a few CDs while we were networked. Much fun. My foul azz room I really need to clean my room. I can no longer see floor. Granted, much in my room right now is computer stuff from the network party, but I think after I go home and crash for a bit tonight, I may actually go balls to the wall and clean it up. Talk about motivation :) Adventures at Lager's Last night, I met up with Krazy, Party in a Box, Bare, Allison, Wood, Boogie, Heythere, Ghoti, Ghoti's KP buddies, and Hopper at LAgers. When I arrived, who should I run acoss? F.N.G.2 and his girlfriend. They came and chilled with up after they ate. We drank much Dixie and partied down. I got to have the Dixie White Moose beer. Mmmmm.... beer. WE cheered to our waitress in large quantitie and even got her to scream Up Yours with us (I was wearing my Make 7-Up Yours shirt) and she even gave me a high-five every time she came to the table. It was cool. My Punish Work from Monday. My Punish Work from Monday. I was supposed to be a few minutes late to work because I was bringing my car in to the shop. When I left the house, all hell broke loose weather -wise. I ended up 45 minutes late. Jon made me do lines on the board. He started with I SHAWN "PICKLESCOOP" FORET will not lie to Jonathan Whittom and Dion Hebert ever again. Five minutes is Five minutes. SPF. I continued on with I Shawn "Picklescoop" Foret will not eat ice cream unless Chadd gives me permission on Wednesday in Japan. I eventually stated I Shawn... will stand on my head for Jon and Dion's entertainment. man talk about putting a foot in my mouth :)

Make a Wish Only 5 more days till my Birthday.. the big 22.. damn where's my Social Security check :) The House The house has been a mess over the past few days and I finally got a few minutes to do some much needed house work like mopping, vacumming, and stuff like that. I even started to clean my room a little (although you wouldn't be able to tell). This week I also cut the grass and cleaned the gutters out. Go me... Trippin to Camp This week I took two trips up to camp, ,one on Sunday evening and the other on Thursday. Sunday, Boogie and I took the ride and went out to Waffle House with Swan, Friar Tuck, Yoda, and Ghengis. We played repetitive Wafflehouse hits, including Special Lady, which we dedicated to the waitress that was actually pretty good looking. She didn't like the factor that we played the Waffle House songs though... heheh. After WaHou, Boogie, Friar and I went and chilled at the chapel till about 2am, then we left so that Tuck could get some sleep. The second trip was a larger crew (Bare, GHOTI, CHiPs, Woodhead, and I). We initially went to the admin when we saw Will-Do and a few others (including the man the legend Bear). Everyone was gald to see us. After visiting admin for a bit, we headed over to the chapel and visited with Tuck, Hoss, PP3, and a few others, who were watching a Rugby game. We then went and visited with Tony and Craig for a bit. After Tony went to sleep, we went and chilled with Stretch and Sugar in the Dining Hall office. When Sugar went to bed, we went and sat on the porch for a bit then headed up to the ORH to greet the Outback crew (they went to celebrate Ghengis' birthday). We chilled with them for a good bit until they all went to bed. At that point, we headed back to Admin to leave a message for Tony that we left and gave our goodbyes with Linley and the serving Admin Assistant (sorry I don't remember his name). We rode home chatting about View Askew Movies and listening to the radio. All in all, it was a great night. The PC recovery Last night, I went and played some Pool with Drunken Mike, Woodhead, and Duane. Duane and I teamed up and whooped some ass on Drunken Boy and Woodhead. We showed them who's the mack daddy cheesy poofs :)After pool, Drunken Mike and I went and had some Denny's (wow what a shock)... WE had our usual and messed with Aunt Bea and a few other waitresses that we are quite familiar with (since we are regulars).. I had like 6 different places that I could have gone to, as well. I was offered to go see Chicken Run with Duaq, Lil Duaq and some of their Friends. I was also called by Slinky about going to play pool, but he was gone already when I called. GHOTI also invited me to go to the Quarter with him and some of his Kings Pointer friends, but I figured I would be out of place. Hope everyone's night was good. The PC recovery My PC is back up and running. It took a helluva lot of effort (mainly because of a mini AGP port driver), but everything seems to be running smoothly. Now I just need to complete the recovery of MP3s to my PC. Yay fun :) GHOTI is back GHOTI is back in town and has been chilling with us lately. Also, I have been spending a good bit of time with Woodhead and Bare and Drunken Mike. Drunken mike is really getting the plans for thedailybitch.com going and we should begin work on it this week. Talk about bringing back memories from the toys and the cartoon... heheheh

My Daily Gripe Don't ya hate it when you clean your car and later on that day (or maybe even the next day) it rains like hell out of nowhere?!?!?! I think that is God's sick little joke :) The DIXIE Keg Over the weekend, Pounders and family purchased a keg of Dixie Beer for the Irish wake in my mother's honor. The first night, we emptied half of the keg with only 5 of us drinking. The following evening, we continued the pillage on the keg at a party at Krazzy's house. There, we completed the keg drainage. Overall, we had approximately 15 people drink from the keg (many of which only had a few beers). The majority of the glory of this keg was not in the drinking, but hearing the story of getting the keg. Pounders and Bare went to the Dixie Brewery and got it from the Brewmaster himself. He recommended that we do a tour of the brewery sometime this week. I think we just might do that :). The computer crash part deux Damn my PC is becoming a pain in the buttocks. The other day, my buddy Bare wanted to check his mail (his DSL had been down for a few days). Sol he loaded up my PC to get a "Command Interpreter not Found" error. DAMnit!!! I'll spare everyone off all the details but it boils down to this- The 20 GB drive is fried, so I went and bought a 40 Gb HD. I will try to get Maxtor to refund my money for the 20 GB drive or at least replace it.

Where the hell has Picklescoop been? For those of you that didn't know, my mother passed away Tuesday. She will be missed by many, including myself. Please keep her in your thoughts for me. Return of the old PC world Over the past few days, I have been hooked on old School computer stuff. It started off with me playing MajorMUD. For those of you who aren't familiar with the game, it is a text based game for BBSes. I used to play like 6 or 7 years ago on the BBSes. The next game that I started playing was the Leisure Suit Larry's. These were "adult" games made by Sierra On-Line. The basic plot of the game is that you are a middle aged player that went around trying everything in his might to get laid. The games had lots of little jokes within, for example when you go to buy condoms at the convenience store. You have to answer a thousand and five questions then get called a pervert.. The next game was Nightmare on Elm Street ans Simpsons. Both of these games I used to play years ago. Good games still. The final game is Civilization 2. This game you run a civilization (Americans, Spanish, French etc..) and you must conquer all of the other civilizations while protecting yours and improving technology and your cities. VERY addicting game. Who needs all of these new games that require 300000 megs of video RAM and a multi gHz system...hehehe

How to Clean The P.Scoop Mobile Yesterday, I cleaned out the P.Scoop mobile before I went to meet up with Krazzy, Sancho, Woodhead, and Bare at Pancho's for some fly Tex/Mex food. I literally filled up a garbage can with miscellaneous crap out of my car. Empty beer cans, empty smokes, fast food bags, old papers and junk mail, plus lots of other miscellaneous crap. Before my car looked like a hobo lived in it, now it looks like a slightly busy computer nerd drives it :) Downloads on a T1 I just wanted to reiterate this point... I had to download an HTML editor and FTP proggie for this PC and altogether, they downloaded in likea minute for approximately 10 megs of stuff :) man that is sweet... Camp: The final Frontier Tuesday evening, I took a ride to camp with BOOgie. I needed to get out there and clear my mind of everything that has been going on. When I arrived, I met up with Hootie, Hippie, and Friar Tuck at the CNG porch. We sat and chatted with them for a while and progressively several others such as Greg, Lurch, Locks, Linley, Tony, and Craig came over to greet us and console with me. I appreciate everyone's help with support and a shoulder to lean on through all of the time. I hope that one day I can be there for everyone as much as they have been for me (but hopefully not necessarily in the same situation). The trip to camp was very relaxing as well as quite chilly, surprisingly. It felt as though it was in the 60s (which all Staffers know is a RARE occasion during summer camp). It was incredible and once again, I can't thank everyone enough for the enjoyable evening. YEAH Drinkin!! Thursday Night was definitely a "drink Heavily, Picklescoop" night. I started off at Parkway with Juan, Duane, Joanne, Bare, and Boog slamming down like 5 or 6 brews. Once the party began to die down for us at Parkway, Boogie and I hjeaded for the evil Bay. I continued to gulp down a handful more beers there until I blew chunks. After clearing my system, I had one or two more for good measure (I think.. At that point it became quite blurry). All I do know is that I woke up to bring Drunken mike to his A+ at Sylvan and I ate McDonalds for breakfast, but didn't keep it down very long. Wow what a hangover :) How to wash clothes P.Scoop style For the past few days, I have had a load of clothes in the washer. Everyday, I rewash them, but then get so tied up in doing other chores and visiting mom and cooking dinner and all, that I forget about them till the next day. They end up getting rewashed again because they start smelling mildew-ish. I hope that after I was them for the third or fourth time tonite, that I finally put them in the dryer :)

Waffle House CD I have been listening to the Waffle House cd for the past two days. Man this stuff is hilarious. Next time you go to WH, play the Waffle House hits on the juke box, especially "I like what I see at the Waffle House", "Special Lady", and "There are Rasins in my Toast". All of these songs will make you piss your pants or it may even have enough power to make you puke. Why I haven't updated in two weeks I have been busy with my mom and keeping the house in livable conditions. My mom is still in ICU, and as sad as this sounds, things aren't looking good at this time. Please keep her in your prayers. Besides visiting my mom, I have been cleaning the house like a maniac. I have been cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, den, room, lawn, everything. Talk about wearing a white bread out. NFS: Porsche This game kicks some ass. The graphics are like WOW!!! There are a few minor things that I would change in respect of game conditions, but the game handling and all is incredible. Buy, download, or steal from the computer game store. You won't regret it.
