New Idea for the site

Today, I fully decided I am going to create a people of PICKLESCOOP.com page. The page will have pictures of everyone and will also have little bios of each person. Give me time to add everyone, since ther eis a crapload of people to add.

Let's see... Napstering it like a mad man.. Over the past few days, I found like 50 songs that are always gfood to have on mp3 (since i have many of them only on tape).. one of the classic songs that i found was Dishwasher, which became so fam,ously noted because of my old old job at camp, kitchen director. The song was all about smelly greasy and stuff after working washing dishes.. yam :)

Lunch at Ollie ans Scotty's

I went and had lucjh with Julie and Scotty and Chris at the new couple's place. We had some baked chicken and au gratin. Then I installed some memory in Julie's PC. I got to see the honeymoon pics and caught up on old times with them. While there, one of the political parties called to remind them to vote and we got it recorded. If you can catch what Gore was standing for in the election, let me know!! hehe

Then, I went with Woodhead to celebrate his 21st b-day. Happy Birthday FOOLIO!! hehe

Today after class, I hung out with an undrunk Rob, well known from the Den. We talked wrastling and lots of stuff.. Good time. He has been damanded to come chill at the pad with the Den posse.

Tonite I chatted with Alexis for a while on line. She told me what float she is going to be on for MArdi Gras, and told me I have to be there on Mardi Gras Day. I will die before I miss Mardi Gras this coming year. :) She is also going to come visit the pad this weekend..

hahah Bare is back in phase one: denial of his addiction. He was cured of his 2000 hour a day evercrack habit, but the dealer must have gotten pissed because he had the free sample again and didn't come back for more. Now he is evercrackin like a mo fo.. :)

Ever since Bare has gotten Pat and Wood in to Evercrack, it has become their quest to attempt to make everything around me evercrack until i break and begin playing myself. IT has even gotten to the point that Woodhead purchased the game to install on his old system (well knowing that his system cannot handle it). They then installed it on my PC so he could "set up" his character. After pressure, I allowed this, but deleted it after he finished. However, upon rebooting my system, I got a "registry not found" error. I was livid. Because Evercrack was the ONLY program installed on my PC during that boot, I have narrowed it down to very well being the cause of the crash. They asked me if they could install it again last night with my response being a quick NO!! The addiction is so bad that they literally built a system from spare parts of ours and Pat's just so he can play.

Through the whole mess though, I feel that I am being made the enemy in this mess. MY view on this is: FUCK THAT! IF you want to play the game so damned bad, play it on a system that will run it where the owner won't care. I care if it is installed on my PC. I have too much important shit on my PC that can be lost if it crashes. I have work, school, and my personal shit that is irreplacible on my system. NO INSTALLS ON MY SHIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. nuff said.

The war on house cleaning

As I mentioned yesterday, I cleaned my house and had to move everyone else's shit out of the way in order to cleanup. The nsign saying $2/day storage fee is up and should have been read. The tallies of storage begins now. Not gonna live in a fucking warehouse of OPS (other people's shit). The people's stuff that is acceptable in the house right now is : Krazy's, Bare's, mine, and Allison's (Allison is still moving her stuff while she can, between work and unpacking at her new pad.)

The lesson to be learned from this

The last straw in the camel's back has been broken. Overall, I feel like I am imprisoned in my own fucking house. People have attempted to use and abuse the priveledge of hanging at my house. MY hospitalities have been walked on and I am being made an enemy because I am protecting my fucking property. People may think this is pointed directly at certain people, well damned right it is. I shouldn't have to leave my own house to get away from it all. I shouldn't be told what to do in my own fucking house. I shouldn't be called a dick because I don't want some stupid, fucking, addictive game installed on my shit. I have taken the last of it and now Picklescoop's foot goes down. You walk all over me, I'll get my shitkickers on and start wading back.

Party Time

Now that all of my aggression is out, last night we had a party at the house with lots of finger foods and such. Good stuff....

Ok there has been a lot of shit going down this week, thus my lack of postage. So I will attempt to give the bright moments of the recap here.

Hit Bare's Jeep

While pulling out of the driveway, i scraped against bares jeep. No major damage, just a small square of paint that was scratched on his jeep.

Cleaned the house

Today was a big day for cleanup. I literally cleaned the entire house (bathrooms, den, computer room, my room, kitchen, and vacummed). Then in the midst of my cleanup, I decided to write out two major postings for the house. Number one was if you have miscellaneous shit (minus alcohol) in the house and don't pay rent, get it the f**k out or pay $2 per day for each item's storage. This was to weed out some of the crap laying around taking up sofa space and general room. Secondly, was the list of the rules. The rules basically summed up the rules that Bare, Krazy, and I created at the house planning meeting. Hopefully, everyone will follow them. If they don't they will get kicked the hell out. Ahhh... now that this is off of my chest, I can continue with the good things.

Got to hang with lots of people

For halloween, we did the U-haul thing, chilled in the yard in it handing out candy then went to the lake with it. While at the lake we had like 7000000 people honk at us enjoying the idea. After that, Pounders, Cuz, and I drove through a foggy city park. For pictures of me as Cleopatra from Halloween, go to GHOTI's site and check em out. I obviously got to hang with GHOTI for a bit. I also hung out with Stephanie, Nicole, Cuz, Pounders, Slinky, Woodhead, Drunken Mike, Bare, Allison, BOOgie, Sancho, Krazy, and Party in a Bag. OVer the week, I also got to hang with Wendy, Cathy, and several others. Damn I saw lots of people this week. Had fun seeing everyone.

This post is coming live from Baton Rouge, LA at Don's house... We have been playing mexican for a few hours and I can tell that this is gonna hurt in the morning. Plus, I have to drive BACK to N.O. tommorow morning at 6am to go to school. I have had like 5 or 6 beers and I'm feeling alright, but with work and school tommorow and my day not ending till like 3am, all I got to say is DAMN!! oww it is gonna hurt. Then Tuesday day I am helping Allison move into her new pad, handing out candy, and then going to party in the U-Haul. OUCH!!

GHOTI is in town

Everyone, GHOTi is in town now and he is here in Baton Rouge along with me and P. We also dragged CHiPS with us to party. Yam..

Yesterday was my second Bass BBQ Bash that I attended. I went with Mr. Mike, Mr. Stu, Allison, Bare, and Pat. WE left at 4am to head for the evil state of Texas. Allison brought her Interstate Bingo cards, so we had something to do in the car. On the way, we stopped through Rayne, LA (the frog capital of the world). We also stopped in Crowley to eat at Waffle house. WE ate and then continued on our path. During the trip, we played Pounders and I’s sign game as well as the movie game. Then w ehad some Interstate Bingo going. Because of some of the obsurdity on our cards, we decided we would create our own cards which will include things like:an accident with fatality, retread, roadkill, a jacked up truck, and many others. Pictures/info of how to receive these will be up soon enough.

Upon arrival, we immediately went to work getting Free Shiat. The freebies included shirts, maraca key chains, light-up bouncy balls, and much much more. WE went thru several seminars including AMD, Gigabyte, Lexmark, Onsight, and a pc accessory company. We won a nice set of speakers, 2 surge protector things, a 64 meg video card, and a few other things. The drawing people were not too happy with us however, because Bare had a buttload of business cards in the box. We still had a great time and enjoyed the food., not to mention, I picked up a new USB scanner for 50 bucks. Sweetness… After we left, we stopped to get gas and saw HOMELESS CORNER in Houston. There was a lady that claimed to be homeless, hungry, and had 3 kids, however no kids were seen. She did have a teddy bear and a duffel bag though. That was probably where she keeps her business suit and wad of earnings, along with the keys to her Ferrari. She begged us for money but I was forced to give her the finger and tell her get a job and quit begging me for cash. At that pojunt, Allison took my window privledges away. I lost that a lot throughout the trip because I kept screaming vulgarites etc. at the Texans. Hehe

Also, on the way home, we stopped in Rayne again for me to take a picture kissing the frog and molesting the frog. Pictures will be available in the next few days. We also stopped for food at Burger King. I ate a good bit and appeased my master (AKA my stomach:)).

I have been quite busy over the past few days, so I will sum up everything for you.

HAUNTED HOUSE

I went to Sheriff Foti’s Haunted House with Krazzy, Woodhead, Wendy, Uncle Wayne, Aunt Becky, Vic, and several others. As usual, Uncle Wayne and I clicked and we made lots of loud noise and had fun. Everyone did the infamous Spook a nanny dance (from Woody Woodpecker) and ate lots of various foods. The Haunted house wasn’t very scary, but there was a handful of cool effects like the electric chair, the string witch, and the moving room. After that, we took pictures with Frankenstein, which will be up probably tonight. We then went on the train ride. From the moment that we got on the train, we started singing Scout campfire songs (If you’re happy and you know it, The Rooster song, The brady Bunch, I wish I was a…, Sesame Street). That was great. Then we went on the hayride. The hayride was fun as hell too. The adventure for the evening definitely gets 2 thumbs up.

Costumes

I went and bought my costume for this year. I will be dressed as… drumroll please.. CLEOPATRA. The funniest part, Woodhead is dressing as Julius Caesar. We will have Krazzy dressed in a toga fanning us with a palm branch or something while we hand out candy to the little kids. After that, we will do the traditional U-HAUL party in the back of Allison’s U-Haul (Allison is moving during the day with our assistance). IT should be a kickin Halloween. Also, I heard several other costume ideas, one that I thought was quite original was Mike, Cathy’s boyfriend’s costume, an IRS auditor, potentially one of the scariest costumes that any tax payer could have come to their door :).

SHOES!!!

I also went to the Converse outlet to purchase a few new pairs of Chuck Taylors before they go out of business. I purchased 3 pairs (Maroon, Black, and Rage Purple). I also bought a watch. Go me..

JP’s

I also went to JP’s house to sit with his wife while he went to bring his mother to the airport. I got to rock his baby daughter, Jade. Scary that Picklescoop works well with childrens, ain’t it? :)

last night, on my way dropping off Woodhead, we saw a copcar that was stuck in a ditch, so being the Eagle Scouts that we are, we offered our assistance. At first they were reluctant, but then they said well if you don't mind. We helped them push it out with ease and they thanked us. Yep folks you read it right, pickle and wood helped the Harahan cops, the one so well noted for their tight ass manuveurs. woowoo!!!

I just fixed Scott and Annie's PC in like 3 seconds.. record time yet.. All i had to do was replug in the speakers and adjust the video settings. GOAL!!!

Hanging with Ydnew

Today I hung with Wendy. Quite productive.. went to school, went and visited Mom and even watched her get her nails done. WE then went and picked up Cathy. WE also went to GK and visited some old teacher. I chilled with Mr. Jackson talking Saints and band and stuff. After that, I went and chilled with Ms. Grote. They went to visit their old ROTC teqachers and some other teachers. I then dropped em off at the Bean.

Got drunk

Last night, I went and got drunk with Duane and the old Robert's Gang. D got himself a new truck, a 2001 Tacoma Gold. Sweetness....

Sausages

I learned an important lesson today. NEVER take Allison's Sausages!! They are F**KIN" HOT!!! I usually can handle a little spice but this stuff burned the hell outta my mouth. whew made me drink a helluva lot of water afterwards. :)

I was just informed of some sad sad news. Converse is going out of business. This means Picklescoop has to go buy many many pairs of Chucks to keep his feet clothed. I will miss you Chuck Taylors.

Last night, the traditional close out band for Cochon was Bucktown All-Stars. They rocked the house as usual. I bought their Live CD for 13 bucks and chatted with the band. Cool guys... I also drank a few brews and ate a hamburger, slice of pizza, and 2 big pieces of boudin sausages!! After dancing drinking and seeing several people, I passed by Boogie's house and got a high five from Peachy as well as spoke incoherent Spanish with his dad. Gotta love doin that.

Saw JP's baby

I passed by JP's house before the Cochon and saw his newborn. Rocked it to sleep. Me taking care of a baby... that thought urks me.. :)

Lunch with G-Rant

Went and had lunch with G-Rant today at Tico. We sat and reminisced about some of the pranks etc that we used to get away with at Robert's and caught up on old times. I also got to see his new pad and he saw my new pad. I also heard word today that Monica lady is pregnant.. Congrats.

Geaux Saints.. They Saintsa are definitely on a roll as of late winning several games in a row. Hope they can keep up their playing well and maybe even be a division leader before it' s all said and done.

Cochon day 2

I went to the Cochon last night. Man, that rocked as usual. I ate me a pig dinner (roasted pig and little potatoes). Also flung back a few brews with my homey, Krazy. Tonite will blow all other days out of proportion.

Shakespearsworld show

Last night was the Radio Show in Hattiesburg. Bare, Wood, and Pat were present for it. Make sure you go listen to it!! Radio Show. I hear rumor that they also called Drunken Mike and chatted with him for a few..

Last night, I brought Wendy and her husband over to the house to see the setup. They liked it. I will probably be hanging with them a little later in the week.

First you must eat a cookie sandwich from the cookie stand in the mall. Then oyu drink heavily... Your body doesn't know whether to be sugar buzzed or drunk.. :)

The Cochon de Lait

Tonite was the opening of the cochon. It was awesome. For starters, Pounders, Wood, and I ate some good ole cracklins (pork rinds). Then we rode the Star Trooper which is the adult version of the swing ride. Then we had a hamburger and cheese fries. I got my head spraypainted orange by Ms. Becky (Ricky's wife). We also played a few rounds of the Horse race game, which was of course much fun. The band tonite was The Topcats, whcich rocked. They sang stuff from Back that thang up, to Old Time Rock and Roll. They even had little kids dancing on the stage during the rap songs, which led to much laughter because of the wildness of a majority of the Ridilin-reluctant youths. hehhe Mad fun. :) I even got to see many faces including Homeskillet and his woman, Teresa and her hubby (Boog and Sanch's sister), MR Clif and MS. Sharon (told ya you would show up MS. Sharon!!), plus several old time faces and some new faces. Excellent time that I definitely plan on attending more this weekend.

I also found out something funny to try.. take your cable box remote to the mall and check if any of the TVs in the mall have cable boxes. IF they do, their TV channels will flip according to your wishes :) Unfortunately, none of the Technology stores at LAkeside have Cable (at least from what I found).

The rides are in fact out at St Edwards as well as the setup is definitely under way. Tomorrow it officially begins at 6 pm. Can't wait...

Evercrack

Everyone here is into Evercrack (again or for their first times). Bare and Allison are playing again and Pat rushed out and bought it due to Christian and Farmer's peer pressure. They all think I am going to be running to play the game. Two words: Think again. :) Bare claims I like it on his site. My thought on that is, "F**kin' Liar!! hehe.

Couchon Du Lait

This coming weekend is also the St. Edward's Couchon Du Lait. For those of you unfamiliar with it, the Couchon is a Pig Roast/fair that we have made appearances at for the past several years. In my opinion it is one of the best church fairs. :)

Congrats to Julie, Scotty, LowNotes, and Mandy on their marriages over the weekend. I wish all of them luck in their marriages. Also, I heard from JP himself that the due date for his daughter is Wednesday. Everyone smoke a cigar in his honor :)

network setup

We got the network setup with internet sharingt. We are using AllAboard. If you are treying to share internet, this is the choice. Easy to use and easy to setup

Last nite we had a few pcs networked at the pad. vMine, Bare's, Pat's, and Allison's. We also had a handful of people over including (but not limited to) Sancho, Boogie, Cuz, Hey There, Woodhead, Pounders, Lil Wood, SLinky, Danielle, Krazzy, and Party in a bag. Talk about a packed pad.
Also, Lil Wood had some songs that he needs to listen to for his contemporary Jazz class at UNO. SInce the university is against copyright enfringement, his teacher told them to go and get the songs off of Napster. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, you anti-NApster G-Dog Dre.

I like Chinese

After work yesterday, I met up with my dad and sis and we went to Ding How Chinese REstaurant. Good Chinese buffet. The best of all, my fortune was "You have an unusually magnetic personality. heheh ownage... To add to the feswtivity, on the way to the restuarant, my dad had his arm up on the window and he was accidentally flipping everyone off. I actually had to correct him :) Then he turned on the radio to jam with Nelly's Country Grammer. haaa sup G-Paw?!?

Well, Since Drunken Mike insists that I always have something to bitch about, here we go with :THE DAILY BITCH!! Why is it that everytime I go dsown Loyola to work, I hit every friggin light? Do they setup the lights to turn red Right before P.Scoop gets to them? FUNK THAT!!

All of the subdomains on my stuff are officially up. The only things down stil lare 2 of the FTP accounts, which I have notified Canaca about.. They should be fixed for the weekend. I did however setup all kinds of e-mail acocunts on my server including one for my Dad, Aunt Lois, Cherie, The subdomainers, Krazzy, me, and my Pawpaw. I am so proud of myself.

Everyine is so scared of today. I went running through attempting to break all of the "bad luck" things. I would have even stapled a black cat in my path if i could :P

i have been trying to get sync just about all day and thru my trouble shooting, it has been found that when both computers are plugged in (not neccessarily logged in) we loose all snyc. They need to figure this shiznit out. Also, they are saying they couldn't run a test on my line because of too much line noise. Also, canaca messed up big. They added the subdomains again, so they are up. However, they removed all of the ftp access.. So, thank god for Mike hooking us up with CGI scripts.

Clean house

I cleaned up the house today as we needed all so badly. Clean house= everyone's colds going away.

Tonite Bare, Mr. Mike, and I rewired the phone system in the house... That should make everyhting smoother and cleaner. We also dropped a network cable for Bare... Go us.. :)

Skool

Today I went to school and saw the usual crew in Hopper's Mouth.. After school, I came home and hung with Drunken Mike for a bit and we crashed after staying up all night (me with the bachelor party) him with studying... Still tired.. must sleep soon.

Phone callz

DSL here in New ORleans is far from constant...All day during the day it was down. It is only up at night. Gonna have to find out why. I called MA Bell regarding it and all they said was it is probably construction work causing interference. Two words bout that: Horse Shit.. :) After that, I dropped punk boy Hunter a call in Dallas and laughed at him.. He is gonna call me Sunday so I can harrass him more. Also taled to his buddy Steve.. He is gonna come chill in the Haven soon.

Trip to Mississsippi

Today, I went with my old buddy Donald to see his new pad in Gauthier, Mississippi. IT is a nice new trailor home in a very nice trailer estate. Not the usual trailor park that we are all familiar, it is a neighborhood comprised of upkept trailors. Quite sweet. While out there, I went and had some Krystal and then some Dairy Queen. Vic qwould be jealous :).
